Buffalo Depot partners with reliable shipping companies to deliver your new buffalo hide. For international orders, additional carriers may be involved.

Free shipping orders are fulfilled at the discretion of Buffalo Depot, selecting the best provider for your delivery. Furniture items may incur an oversize fee and will be shipped with standard curbside delivery. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Processing & Handling

We value prompt service, so once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for preparation, packaging, and shipping. Standard shipping applies unless an expedited option is selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of purchase, please check your spam filter or contact us at Hello@BuffaloDepot.com. Orders sent to an incorrect address are not the responsibility of Buffalo Depot; they will be shipped to the address provided.

International shipments are subject to customs and duty fees, which are beyond our control. Buffalo Depot is not responsible for any fees associated with international shipments, including return or exchange shipping costs. Express shipping orders placed before 1PM Eastern time will ship the same business day. Note that custom-made items and furniture are made to order and cannot be expedited.
